Welcome Note and Lighting of the Lamp: The celebration commenced with a beautiful welcome note that briefed the audience about the company followed by the auspicious lighting of the lamp ceremony to symbolize knowledge, enlightenment and to drive away all the negativity from the environment and spread prosperity and abundance. The flame of the lamp represents spiritual knowledge and it evolves towards a higher consciousness.<\/p>\n Ganesh Vandana: After the lighting of the lamp ceremony there was the Ganesh Vandana, which was performed through a classical dance form \u2013 Odissi.\u00a0 It is a custom to bow down to Lord Ganesha , God of knowledge and remover of all obstacles\u00a0 before starting any important work.<\/p>\n Special Video Presentation <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Audiences were then treated with a special video presentation that walked them through the journey of IDS Logic since 2007. The video reflected the employee\u2019s views about the company and our clients had also sent us their valuable wishes and appreciation through the video. We are really very grateful to them for their wonderful gesture and feel blessed as we consider them our valuable assets.<\/p>\n Speech from the Chairman\u00a0and Director of the Company<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Awards and Gifts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Next came the moment when it was time to reward the employees for their hard work, persistence and association with IDS Logic. Souvenir, gifts and certificates were presented to the employees who have been a part of the IDS journey for more than 5 years. There were also lots of new talents emerging who were awarded in different categories.
