Job Description:
- Act as a technical escalation point of content for any outages and high priority issues
- Ability to maintain, upgrade and manage hardware, software and networks
- Ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently
- Strong Linux Administration skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in working with different services in AWS and Linux environment
- Possess clear understanding of Internet based technologies (DNS, Security, IP Routing, SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, Email Routing, etc.)
- Hands on experience in deploying, troubleshooting issues with Compute, Networking, Storage, Database services on AWS/GCP.
- Can handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, Mail Service, IIS, SSL, PHP, Mysql based errors etc.
