  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide necessary product information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in software products.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage.
  • Ability to understand software solutions and explain technical features to customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience required 2+ Years.
