- Handle customer queries professionally and provide necessary product information.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in software products.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand software solutions and explain technical features to customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience required 2+ Years.
