eBay Enterprise and eBay Inc Company has announced the latest updates in Magento Enterprise Edition 1.14.1. The enterprise edition has come up with some key enhancements in visual merchandising and responsive designing capabilities so that developers can now create applications that will offer a more captivating online shopping experience for the customers.The updates will now enable merchants to easily and quickly organize their products on category pages.
The new drag and drop tool will allow them to have a preview of how the category pages will look to the shoppers, so that they can adjust the product positions simply by a mouse click. This will allow them to test the pages and create something that is more appealing and even make real time updates in response to the changes in customer’s demands and inventory data.
The updates in the edition will also boost security and performance by adding support from PHP 5.5 and MySQL 5.6. Merchants can now benefit from the improved site speed, reduced memory usage, enhanced debugging tools and scalability.
