The Challenge The projects normally run over many year and many departments and offices work on the same project. There was no mechanism to control the files, maintain the versioning and most importantly protect the data and documents from accidental or intentional deletion. Progress reporting on various document and designs were not adequate.

The Solution

System implements different level of users and permissions and a work flow was defined for document deletion process which involves approval process. Alerts mechanism was defined for monitoring purposes.
