In the Sourcing of Content phase, the client produces and supplies in the appropriate format, the content needed to produce the static pages of the web development

In The Creative Concept & System Design Part 1 phase, the creative look and feel for the site together with the main navigation and interface principles are established .The functional requirement for the website are also specified and presented to the client .

In the Scope Lock-Down phase, the functional specification for the site in finalised and any additional functionality is costed and agreed with the client . After this point, the function set for the first release of the website is fixed.

In the Static Page Design phase, the static pages of the site are created based on the content supplied by the client, reviewed and finalised.

In the System Design Part 2 phase the specification is developed that explains and illustrates in detail how the functionality outlined in final FRS will be executed in the final development.

In the System Design Part 3 the project team explains and illustrate to the client the detailed technical specification for the final development. Feedback is taken and the system design is finalised.

In the Data Population (offline) phase, an offline solution is provided to the client enabling them to populate relevant data in a format that can be readily imported into the website. This expedited the launch of the site by running data population in parallel with the development phases of the project.

In the Development Phase the fully functioning dynamic website is built to the precise specification defined in the TRS. The final development will mirror the look and feel of the mock pages created for both the front end web pages and the Admin System.

In The Development Review Phase, the project team checks that all functionality specified in the TRS has been fully and correctly implemented. The site is also checked for usability and design integrity.

In the User Acceptance Testing Phase, the project team present the complete development to the client and provide training on the functionality. The client conforms that the development reflects the specification agreed in the system design part3 phase, any issue where the development does not match the specification are resolved, and the development is signed off.

In the Data Population (Online) phase the client adds or imports and data into the development that was not addressed in the offline Data Population phase

In The Hosting Set-Up Phase, The hosting environment for the site is prepared taking account of any existing hosting arrangements, domain registration, site security and email requirements.

The site Launch phase includes any actions necessary to set the development live.
