Job Description:
Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? IDS Logic is looking to hire a Head- Marketing to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage IDS Logic social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.
Objectives of this role:
- Plan, execute, and manage all marketing & digital marketing for IDS Logic, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain IDS Logic digital presence.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for IDS Logic social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments heads to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Collaborating with finance staff to set and stay within budget.
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in IDS Logic marketing campaigns.
Skills and qualifications:
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong project management and managerial skills
Preferred qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
