Job Summary:

He/she will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects to build a strong pipeline for our sales team. He/she will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our services, understanding their needs, and setting up qualified meetings for senior sales executives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential clients in target industries and geographies.
    • Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their business challenges and requirements.
    • Schedule meetings/demos for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
    • Maintain detailed lead information and activity tracking in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho).
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
    • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (IT services experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling objections.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Performance Metrics

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Meetings booked with decision makers.
  • Conversion rate from lead → opportunity.
  • Activity levels (calls, emails, LinkedIn connections).
