The Challenge

  • The client needed a modern, user-friendly, and centralised digital platform to improve collaboration across their business. Their existing systems were fragmented, making it difficult for teams to efficiently share documents, manage workflows, and access information.
  • They had a legacy WordPress intranet, but this neither had the employee buy-in (nor the technical depth) to support the new raft of users from businesses that Adler & Allan had acquired.
  • The goal was to create a solution that streamlined internal communication, increased document management efficiency, and supported their growth by enabling seamless knowledge sharing across multiple locations and departments.
  • They also had the challenge of constructing an intranet that served employees from different companies. The Adler & Allan group comprises many different companies. Accordingly, they were seeking a solution that helped employees feel like they were part of a coherent collective, as opposed to several siloed companies.
