  • Urjakart had their ecommerce website already built on Magento 2, but they were facing some problems regarding managing and tracking the sales order.
  • The client wanted to create some modules using latest techniques that could keep a track on their growing sales orders and help them offer a seamless purchase experience to the visitors.
  • The data gathered from this process would also help the client to have a deeper insight into the customer behavior, the channels that are driving the maximum traffic, the orders that are processed and etc.
  • Therefore, the challenge was to develop some modules that would help them to keep a complete track of their orders and sales and help them to get repeat customers.
